Fast
Samba De La Muerte Lyrics

Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴  Line by Line Meaning ↴

We're going out on the trip to America
New York in the hottest peak days of summer.
Sit in a park and watch the world walk by.
Surrounded by giant towers of mirrors.

Why don't we jump on a plane with no info?
Not care about anything, do it our way.
Just grab a bag, take a cab and go right away.
We'll make a dash for Tokyo or Glasgow.

I would be up for a dance in Nigeria.
Fela will open the doors of his temple.
Let's feel the pulse of the heart of Nigeria.
Forget ourselves in the beat and let sweat flow.

Why don't we jump on a plane with no info?
Deep in our seats we can dream by the window.
Just grab a bag, take a cab and go right away.
Make up our minds as to where we just wanna go.

There's nothing up to the power of Norway.
Where sunny weather in no time yields to snow.
The craggy mountains diving into the lakes.
Really caught our eye where they still grow.

Why don't we jump on a plane with no info?
Not care about anything, do it our way.

Just grab a bag, take a cab and go right away.
Hop on a plane from Morocco to Mexico.
