She is later joined by sandmoonians Tony Abou Haidar (drums) & Elia Monsef (guitar). Sandmoon’s songs are mostly tunes to listen with the heart, somewhat soothing, personal and nostalgic; sometimes acoustic and folky, at other times rock or even electro. Sandmoon has been selected in various contests in 2009/2010, ie Radio Liban’s Concours ‘Musiques Actuelles’, Puredemo on Belgian national radio Pure FM… and has played in different venues in Lebanon and Belgium. The band has released in Autumn 2010 its first auto-produced album “raW” with the precious help of Fadi Tabbal (the Incompetents, Youmna Saba).
