Sara started singing at the age of 5 years, and started performing in concerts as at the age of six.
She was raised up in a very talented and musical family, who cared a great deal about oriental & classical music, listening always to the great old Arab singers such as Um Kolthoum, Asmahan (whom Sara is related to), Farid Al-Atrache, Wadih Safi, Fairuz, Abdel Halim Hafez, and Mohammed Abdel Wahab.
At a very young age, and as an exceptional case, Sara was granted a scholarship from Dr. Walid Ghulmiyeh, to study music at the Lebanese National Higher Conservatory of Music and graduated after 6 years of studies, at the age of 16 as the youngest student that had ever joined this academy.
Countless musicians have praised Sara Al Hani a great deal in the Arab world, and she is considered on of the most promising young voices. Wadih Al Safi, Dr. Ammar Sherei'i, Robert Safadi (owner of the biggest Arabic Music Library in the Arab World), and many more have spoken of her talent.
At the age of 14, she performed in the very popular Music competition Show "STUDIO AL-FAN”, directed by Simon Asmar known as "the Star Maker". Sara won the first rank on the category of the Oriental Female singers, & got the highest grades in the history of this show, that has been launching stars since rhw 1980s.
Sara presented Lebanon in various international concerts, all over the Arab World, as well as in Nigeria amd Australia.
In 2007, she signed her first contract with Rotana, and rleased her debut album "Akher Karar". The album is made up of 8 songs, in the Egyptian and Lebanese Arabic dialects. One of the tracks, "Khalas Misaffer", is a remake of Egyptian singer Shadia's classic.
Her first video clip, "Karrahni Fik" which is now showing on Rotana TV channels, was directed by Said El Marouk. It entered the top 20 charts a few days after its release..
The CD does not show all Sara's great abilities, as the album's songs were chosen, memorized & recorded in one week alone.
Sara says “I still have a lot to show. This CD is just a step to the real world of music and is a small gift to all those who supported me, and waited so long with me to see the first fruit of hard years of work..."
Sara is now continuing her academic studies, at the American University of Science & Technology Ashrafieh. she is majoring in Business Marketing & Advertising.

The lyrics to Sara Al Hani's song "Ma Hada Byebaaedni" are in Arabic and translate to "No one is coming back for me". The lyrics speak to the feeling of being alone and abandoned, with the repetition of "bagdun" (meaning "they hate") implying a sense of betrayal. The singer describes feelings of isolation, using imagery of stones and rocks to emphasize the hardness of her situation. She laments her circumstances, saying that no one is there to catch her when she falls or to give her solace.
The song also includes a plea to a lover, with the singer asking for their support and love. She wants someone who will be there for her, through both the good times and bad. The repetition of "beyye demen bi bi auw iştiru bagdun" (meaning "say yes, say yes and support me") further emphasizes this desire for companionship and understanding.
