Thanks for getting my
feet back on the ground.
Thanks for savin' me
before I might have drowned.
Thanks for being true
And for writing that song,
that's been nice.
You know I ain't good
at being consistent.
But I guess you are,
you don't want me as a friend.
You say that it's a waste
of time, but I like
to waste my time sometimes - though I
I can't deny,
it's the beginning of the end, this is goodbye.
I can't conceal, it's for real, it's for real,
every beginning has an end,
although we've tried.
But don't you worry,
it's ok,
'cause I know we'll meet again someday.
Somewhere, someway
someday.
Thanks for telling me
that it's complicated,
and insisting on it,
although I hate it.
Thanks for being honest,
I've been honest, too,
and for the good conversations,
I've enjoyed them, too.
I know sometimes I like
to ignore reality,
but I guess I have to face it,
or it faces me.
Seems what I've got to offer
ain't what you need,
it's just a one way street, so I
I can't deny,
it's the beginning of the end, this is goodbye.
I can't conceal, it's for real, it's for real,
every beginning has an end,
although we've tried.
But don't you worry,
it's ok,
'cause I know we'll meet again someday.
Somewhere, someway
someday.
Maybe someday
things might have changed.
That's gon' be the day
we will meet again.
I believe what happens
happens for a reason,
and that there's gonna be a sequel and another season.
But I can't deny,
it's the beginning of the end, this is goodbye.
I can't conceal, it's for real, it's for real,
every beginning has an end,
although we've tried.
But don't you worry,
it's ok,
'cause I know we'll meet again someday.
Somewhere, someway
someday.
"The Beginning Of The End" by Sarah-Jane Rantzen is a heartfelt song expressing gratitude and reflection on a relationship that is coming to an end. The lyrics thank the person who has been a grounding force, saving the singer from potential downfall and being truthful instead of deceiving. The mention of a song being written underscores the impact of communication and expression in their connection. Despite acknowledging the differences in their consistency, the singer appreciates the other person's honesty and values the time spent together.
The lyrics convey a sense of acceptance and inevitability about the end of the relationship. There is a recognition that every beginning has an end, and despite efforts to make things work, it seems that parting ways is necessary. The singer expresses readiness to move forward, even though saying goodbye is difficult. The reassurance that they will meet again in the future brings a sense of hope and closure to the situation, emphasizing the idea of destiny and fate playing a role in their connection.
The song delves into the complexities of relationships, acknowledging that things can be complicated and challenging to navigate. Despite differences and facing harsh realities, there is a sense of mutual respect for each other's honesty and openness. The lyrics touch upon the introspective process of realizing one's shortcomings and recognizing when two people may not be on the same path. The acknowledgment of a one-way street reflects an understanding of mismatched expectations and the need to move on for both parties' well-being.
The mention of potential change in the future brings a glimmer of possibility for reconciliation or a new beginning. The belief in the cyclical nature of life, where endings lead to new beginnings, and that everything happens for a reason, hints at a bittersweet but hopeful outlook on the future. The repetition of the phrase "we'll meet again someday" reinforces the idea of the inevitability of reunification, whether in this lifetime or another. Overall, "The Beginning Of The End" encapsulates a mix of emotions – gratitude, acceptance, reflection, and hope – in the face of a relationship transitioning into a new phase.

Inconsistent that Sarah dies from the contortions the demon put her body through, but in the original, Regan survives her head turning completely around which would have torn every muscle in her neck as well as breaking her spine....ah well, fiction gotta fiction.
@ankina86
I guess it could happen because she wasn't possessed by the devil when she hit her head. Only injuries done during the possession didn't kill the body.
@tokyobennet7753
Regan head spin was a lie and an illusion that’s why she survived
@kryptonianpowers
I think her death was a result of the demon's possession of her putting a strain on her body. And her bleeding out was possibly from the possession that opened up an old wound of hers based on her suffering from torture of clitoral mutilation from the Nazis when she was imprisoned with other Jews.
@Blackkey034
Maybe reagans head spin was a illusion played by the entity and this time it was for real harm. Fo reallll
