1. Sarah (Denmark) Sarah Skaalum Jørgensen (Born July 6th, 1995), better known as Sarah, rose to fame after winning the fourth season of X Factor in Denmark. She started singing early, appearing in musicals and joined a musical band when she was 12. She plays guitar, piano, bass and drums and also loves to draw and paint. She is out and openly lesbian.
She gained worldwide attention mainly because of her being open about her lesbian sexuality at such a young age of 15. Shortly after her winning the competition the world’s biggest LGBT media congratulated her while mentioning her victory as the first lesbian to win any version of the X Factor in the world. But in the Danish media it has often be discussed that people shouldn’t focus on her sexuality but on her singing skills.

True Love Is Tough
Sarah Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
You've got no chance to prove it all
I've got no
I've got no chance to give it all
Chance to give it all
True love is tough
'Cause I can't get enough
True love is tough
'Cause when I have enough
It makes me blind all time
You wonder
You wonder why it's been so hard
I guess I need some time to learn
True love is tough
'Cause I can't get enough
And it drives me wild sometimes
True love is tough
'Cause I can't get enough
It makes me blind all time
I wanna give it some time
But now it hurts
And if I give you a sign
Would you still be there for me
Still be there for me
True love is tough
'Cause I can't get enough
It drives me wild sometimes
True love is tough
'Cause when I have enough
It makes me blind all time
In Sarah's song "True Love Is Tough," the singer talks about how difficult it is to find and maintain true love. The lyrics suggest that even when you find true love, it's not always easy to hold onto. The opening lines of the song suggest that both the singer and the object of her affection have missed opportunities to give and prove their love. However, as the song continues, it becomes clear that the difficulty in their love is not due to lack of effort or desire, but rather the inherent challenge that comes with loving someone completely.
The chorus, repeated twice, declares that "true love is tough" and then gives two different reasons why: "I can't get enough, and it drives me wild sometimes" and "when I have enough, it makes me blind all the time." These lines suggest that the intensity of love can be both overwhelming and blinding, leading both the singer and her partner to struggle in their relationship. The song ends on a hopeful note, with the singer wondering if her partner will stick by her through the tough times, and reminding us that even when true love is difficult, it's still worth fighting for.
