Chris is pushing 74 now so if he's going to make a state's comeback, he better hurry up. A Kim Simmonds\Chris Youlden would be a real treat, would probably sell out in American venue of about 1500. Thumbs up if you want to see the band from 67 to 70 get back together for a reunion tour.

@Joey Kocsis No excuses needed.

@Billy James Stone is still around, that first album is good, but I love the Chris Youlden era.

Chris Youlden, what a voice! Peter Green must've been influenced vocally by him. Listen to any early Mac slow blues like 'I Need Your Love So Bad' or 'Love That Burns' and the similarity is uncanny. Thanks for posting. Youlden is a British Blues treasure!

He has a great voice for the blues, and has written any number of blues songs. I have a very happy memory of seeing SB perform at what was then San Fernando Valley State College, California State University, Northridge. That was in 1969 or 70. They were supporting their "Raw SIenna" album, Chris Youlden's last with the band. Very low likelihood of Simmonds and Youlden touring together again because Chris hated standing around during Simmonds' long solos. But who knows?
