Step over anything
In their way
Walk the line of the man
Not scared anymore
I'm coming for you
Let there be heads rolling
Scum die laughing from the bombs
We stole from you
And put on your backyard
The lyrics of "Civilization" by Sayyadina are an expression of rebellion against the established social and political order. The opening lines, "Climbing higher, step over anything in their way, walk the line of the man" describe the determination of the singer to overcome any obstacle on their path to success, even if it means crossing the boundaries set by those in power. The next lines, "Not scared anymore, I'm coming for you, let there be heads rolling, we're coming for you" convey the singer's fearlessness and their desire to overthrow the ruling class.
The chorus, "Scum die laughing from the bombs we stole from you and put on your backyard" suggests a feeling of vindication and retribution, as the singer has taken what they think belongs to the enemy and turned it against them. There is a sense of an uprising, of the oppressed rising up against their oppressors, led by the singer's uncompromising spirit.
Overall, "Civilization" is a rebellious call to arms, an anthem of defiance that urges the listener to join in the struggle against authority and oppression.
