HERE IN (ULTRA FAR LEFT) BOULDER, CO., A 7 YEAR-OLD BOY WAS SUSPENDED FOR 2 WEEKS...
He was asked by his teacher to draw a picture of one of his parents and write what they do for a living.
His father is a Boulder County deputy. The boy made a crayon drawing of his dad in uniform. On the uniform belt, he drew a 🔫 pistol. ( which looked like a black upside-down L).
A teacher assistant walked by and saw the drawing. She pulled the picture from him, yanked him from his seat, and hauled him to the office.
His parents were called and told they must come pick him up.
When his mother came, she was told he violated the schools zero tolerance policy regarding possession or reference to firearms. She was also told he was suspended for 2 weeks, and must undergo a psychological evaluation to ensure he doesn't pose a threat.
Rather than comply, his parents removed him from the school and enrolled him in a private school at their church.
