Hello. I would like to ask a couple of things, rather than forming an argument against you because I believe that both sides of this argument are a valid, reasonable point. It all depends on how you were raised to perceive human morals, value, and whether you paid attention to your history classes or not. It is well-known that in this time period, with no background information attached, and with equal status, men were favored with rights over women. Despite it being their fault or not (that could be debated), the two genders were not equal when it came to expressing individual rights.
Hell, the laws that are set in place address 'men' rather than 'men and women'.
Now, because of the social separation between men and women during that time, men were set with much higher expectations. Yes, this made many of their jobs dangerous, and most of the time they were never given a choice or pressured by society into taking such perilous jobs.
Men and women are equally a victim to society's expectations, and it weighed on their rights and mannerisms even today.
In most of your comments, you appear to be favoring men and defending them much more than acknowledging that women, too, has their own set of issues. Your focus is on men, and if not, it is targeting feminism (which actually means advocating for women without sacrificing equality). Feminazis are those who favor women's rights over men.
So, I apologize for me being a bit dense, but what exactly is your basic aim here? Are you denouncing feminism, or merely trying to highlight the issues of which men struggle with?

In 1967, my mother worked for a company where she painted clock faces with "glowing paint." She even brought work home to do at night and on weekends!! She knew it was radium and finally quit after some family members convinced her that her need for money (to raise four kids) was not worth her health. (The company closed the next year.) Over the years afterward, my Mom's lower jaw has thinned to the point that her dentures won't fit and doctors have told to be extremely careful (like never walking in slippery conditions) because if she falls, she'll break her jaw and it will never mend.........nor will other bones in her face. She also lost all her sense of taste and smell and has had mouth cancer. My Mom is 87 now and doing OK, for her age, even with her physical ailments. I can only imagine what would have happened if she had worked there longer.

@Adam Tarkowski What do you mean in the next 30 years? My teeth are already crumbling in the 2 years since they put the tower behind my house.
