When The Smoke Is Going Down
Scorpions Lyrics

Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴  Line by Line Meaning ↴

Just when you make your way back home
I find some time to be alone
I go to see the place once more
Just like a thousand nights before
I climb the stage again this night
'Cause the place seems still alive
When the smoke is going down
This is the place where I belong
I really love to turn you on
I've got your sound still in my ear
While your traces disappear
I climb the stage again this night
'Cause the place seems still alive
When the smoke is going down

I climb the stage again this night
'Cause the place seems still alive
When the smoke is going down

When the smoke is going down
When the smoke is going down

Its sad that modern rock band can't sing great songs like this!
1970 or 1980 years are the best rock years ever.

1982 is so long ago yet, the magical of a good tune can take you right back there. Caught them at a Monsters of Rock concert in 88 and it was phenomenal. The Scorpions, Metallica, Dokken, Van Hagar, and Kingdom Come.

@salvadormera8320

Una de las mejores melodías que he escuchado en mi vida. Larga vida para Scorpions.
