The Genesis of the Omega
Sean Price Lyrics

I'm departing but sending
This message out, the sket is out
You a target that's trembling
It goes, Hanna Barbara barbarian
Bars better than yours
And your entourage, pa, Sean bury 'em
No disco, Sisquo, or calypso
Blow piff, four-fifth, smoke mixed with indo
East African beast battering Chief Kimbo
Barefooted, stepping on hot coal
Shaka Zulu, spear chucking
You front and I'mma shoot you
Hardcore rap at its worst
Move from the morgue truck to the back of the hearse
Move from the back of the hearse to back in the dirt
Change clothes, put a back on his turf, move on
Do Sean
Can't be me, motherfucker, your shoes wrong
Boot Camp for life, B
Nine times out of ten, you can catch me in Nikes
It's the start of the ending
I'm departing but sending
This kite out, it's lights out
You are marked with an emblem
It's the start of the ending
I'm departing but sending
This message out, the sket is out
You a target that's trembling
In "The Genesis of the Omega," Sean Price announces that it is the "start of the ending," suggesting that something significant is about to happen. He is announcing his departure and sending a message to his rivals, who should be trembling because they are targets. The following lines describe Sean's skill in rapping, as he compares himself to a "Hanna-Barbera barbarian" who can deliver bars better than anyone else, including those in an entourage. He then threatens to bury his rivals, telling them that they know what will happen if they mess with him. Sean clearly has a lot of confidence in his skills, which he compares to the fierceness of an East African warrior like Chief Kimbo.
Sean then describes his hardcore rap style, which is brutal and unrelenting. He compares himself to a corpse being moved from a morgue truck to a hearse, and then to a grave. He describes the need to change clothes and leave the turf behind, but warns that anyone who tries to take his place will be violently dealt with. Sean is proud of his Boot Camp style, which he promises will last for life. He wears Nikes and is confident in his ability to dominate the rap game.
Overall, "The Genesis of the Omega" is a masterful expression of Sean Price's confidence and skill as a rapper. He uses vivid imagery and references to illustrate his point, and his rhymes are tight and impressive. The message of the song is clear: Sean is the best, and anyone who tries to challenge him will be destroyed.
