Do you ever know how the child lies
When the child is going so red
Do you ever know have you ever known
Have you ever known
I'm a liar
Do you ever know do you ever know
Have you ever know I'm a liar
Have you ever known
Have you ever known
Have you ever known
I'm a liar

Lower your mind and recline, perfect in mind, you to me babe
The way of wine you opened me then showed me loving
If you ever say you might, if so reply, if only you might,
Yeah well you're keeping my head fading where you lay girl

Do you ever know how the child lies
When the child is going so red
Do you ever know have you ever known
Have you ever known
I'm a liar
Do you ever know do you ever know
Have you ever know I'm a liar

Lower your mind girl, baby you, open your mind, you to me
Lower your mind baby your soul your mind your eyes
If you ever say you might if so replay if only baby
That what you say you might just open me, you lie

Do you ever know how the child lies
When the child is going so red
Do you ever know have you ever known
Have you ever known
I'm a liar
Do you ever know have you ever know
Have you ever know I'm a liar

Do you ever know have you ever know
Have you ever know I'm a liar

Do you ever know have you ever know
Have you ever know I'm a liar

Do you ever know have you ever know
Have you ever know I'm a liar

Do you ever know have you ever know
Have you ever know I'm a liar

Do you ever know have you ever know
Have you ever know

Overall Meaning

The lyrics of Sebastian’s song “Embody” provide a deep insight into the psyche of the singer. In the first verse, he asks if the listener had ever known or realized when a child is lying and turning red. He then admits that he himself is a liar. This admission is indicative of the singer’s deep sense of self-awareness and honesty. The chorus repeats the admission of being a liar, emphasizing the idea that the singer is owning up to his mistakes or faults.

In the second verse, the singer talks about the listener opening his mind and showing him love like a fine wine. However, he also admits that he is nervous about affection, saying that he will only believe someone who says they might love him if they respond truthfully. He seems to be struggling with accepting love and affection from others due to his own issues with dishonesty or self-doubt.

Overall, this song seems to be a confession of sorts, as the singer admits his faults and struggles with truth and love. It is a deep and introspective look inside the mind of someone who is grappling with their own sense of self-worth and honesty.

For all those who don't understand who the black boy is, he is music. He is all around us but no one really sees him and that's because we cannot see music, but if you notice from the headphones to the stereo he is all around dancing and jumping, even in the stores and typical places for music to be but we don't actually (visually/physically) notice or pay attention to it. Even in the bedroom when the couple were doing their thang, music is there where he was jumpy but started sitting and was just bobbing to represent the calmer side of music (sensual) and when the girls dad turns off the stereo he disappears as well but when she turns it back on he returns. The dressing at the beginning is the creation of music and when he gets changed to a tuxedo it shows how music is changing and getting better every day 💯 At least that's my analyzation.

I've been dancing for 17 years. Trust me when i say this is a song for cutting loose to. Dance however you want. Get wild, get smooth. Vibe out. Feel yourself. Feel the music. Do whatever makes you move. But move to the music! This is what life's about!
