Ouvia muito Secos e Molhados, mas nunca tinha ouvido essa música, até que um dia ouvindo o álbum no aleatório passou essa música, parei o que estava fazendo para ouvir com atenção, notei que era pequena e fiquei repetindo repetindo repetindo, perfeito!!!!

Eu acreditava que essa música era uma alusão a morte, segundo alguns historiadores, humilhante de Dom Sebastião em Alcácer Quibir. Mas lendo essa tradução, vi que entendia errada. Acreditava que eram 400 selas (de cavalos) mas são 400 celas (prisão)

Acredito q é na vrdd uma alusão a um demônio/gênio da goetia. O Ney Matogrosso sempre teve essa aura envolta de misticismo, e é claro que ele não iria falar abertamente de algo condenado pela massa cristã de forma tão clara. Acredito ser uma alusão ao quarto demonio, ele é resumidamente um equino encarregado de pegar as almas dos mortos em pecado, isso explica a presença do 4, das 400 selas para os 400 mortos (almas em cima dele sendo conduzidas) as quatro patas reluzentes, mas ainda n achei uma explicação pro nome da besta ser El Rey, nem pras 400 velas feitas doendes.
