Hey, I'm really grateful to you for organizing such quality podcasts through which I have learnt a lot. The exercise he demonstrated of breathing actually calmed my brain down before my Interview. In addition, I'd also like to add something here. The way your chair was kept shows you're a bit uncomfortable by repeatedly turning your head towards them. It has also portrayed yourself to the guests as you weren't interested to them which is not the case actually, everybody knows it. Instead If the chair was kept pointing to the guest's chair, it would've been more appealing.
