Originally intended as a studio project, Seduction’s second single “You’re My One and Only (True Love)” featured uncredited lead vocals by Martha Wash. The song ended up becoming a hit, and a group was then assembled for the recording of the album Nothing Matters Without Love and subsequent singles. Their biggest hit came in early 1990 with “Two To Make It Right”, a #2 pop hit. In mid-1990 DeLeon left the group and was replaced by Sinoa Loren (born 6 December 1966). After a pair of hits with this line-up, the group broke up in 1991.
The Two To Make It Right Songfacts says that all four ladies went on to singing and acting careers of some kind. Out of them, Idalis DeLeon went on to the most fame, as both an MTV VJ and Hollywood reporter, and then as an actress of the bit-part/supporting role variety, with a smattering of films and extensive TV appearances including the series The Wayans Bros., Beverly Hills, 90210, and Six Feet Under. Michelle Visage is one of the permanent judges on RuPaul's Drag Race and its spin-off series.
(2) Hardcore/Metal outfit from Melbourne, Australia. Previously called "The Seduction".
Coming from the surrounding suburbs of the culture heart of Australia, Melbourne, The Seduction are 4 guys making music the way they think it should be.
Taking their influence from bands such as Converge, Every Time I Die, Norma Jean, Cursed and Botch, yet not sounding like any one band, they play noisy, rock 'n' roll influenced Hardcore/Metalcore.
Featuring Ex-In Name and Blood Vocalist Craig Wainwright, things moved pretty quickly for The Seduction, with their Demo "Melbourne" selling out the pressing in a short time, they moved forward and recorded and toured on their Debut LP "Betrayed".
Following a successful tour with Ohio's The Devil Wears Prada a shitload of shows all round the Country and a line up change, The Seduction are ready to take on the touring circuit again with the release of a 7 inch EP called "Black Cranes" (to be mixed by Kurt Ballou @ God City Studios) in the near future.
Two To Make It Right

It takes two to make a thing go right
It takes two to make it out of sight
From the start its plain to see
you're suffering from a serious broken heart,
You know that its a shame
But I'm here to ease your pain
When you and I could seriously
Be a sure enough happening thing
Do you know that
It takes two to make a thing go right
It takes two to make it out of sight
I can see it in your eyes
You feel the same way I feel about you
Some call it chemistry
I call it you should be with me
Cause I know together we can really turn this mother out
In my mind there is no doubt
That one & one equals me & you
Don't you know that it takes two
Two to make it right
I don't believe in fairy tales
But I believe some things were meant to be
Why should we be alone
When we could have each others arms to hold
I know together we could really turn this mother out
In my mind there is no doubt
That one & one equals me & you
Don't you know that it takes two
The lyrics of Seduction's song "Two to Make It Right" speak of the need for two people to come together to make a relationship work. The song emphasizes that it takes two people to make things work, and without the partnership of two individuals, things can never be as good as they could be. The song speaks to the broken-hearted as well, suggesting that even though they might be in a bad place, there is always a chance for something better if they are willing to try. The lyrics use love as a metaphor to show how things in life need two complementary parts to make them successful.
The song also speaks of the chemistry between two people and how they can turn things out. The singer professes a belief in the power of two individuals coming together, saying that "one & one equals me & you." The song highlights the idea that a relationship needs work and effort from two people mutually invested in it to succeed. The song, thus, encourages the listener to find someone they can connect with, work with, and build a happy life together.

um... '90s (not 80s). It was very early 90s, but it still counts as 90s! My mom says she remembers that @ end of 1989.... people were so excited for it being the new decade!
They were celebrating that it was finally 90s not 80s any more BUT they didn't start out by doing anything differently!
So, the earliest 90s fashion & music seems so 80s to us today....
Without looking at the actual Year 1990 music charts & year 1990 copies of "Vogue" magazine & "W" magazine it's close to impossible to know which decade (1980s or 1990s) the songs & fashion trends of "Year 1990" charted.
And, of course, what makes it even more confusing is this: it was 1988 or 1989 when the most influential fashion designers created Year 1990 looks.
And it was 1988 or 1989 when the most influential music composers & recording artists created & recorded Year 1990's top popular music chart hits.
It's because the best designers & musicians didn't suddenly wake up on Jan 1 1990 & immediately create new looks & sounds "for the 90s"; they needed time to make the clothes & print the magazines
So the early 1990s looks & sounds were so similar to late 1980s... and early 1970s still looks & sounds like the late 60s.
That's bc back then it was impossible to flip a switch & suddenly release all the newest fashions & ideas so the world could see THE 90s LOOK!
(Now we can share ideas instantly. AND the musicians & designers could have make sure THE LOOK of 1990 GOT SHARED & SEEN IN 1990, which is magic compared with how designers lived & worked before the internet changed everything).
