He signed with Klein Records and released his debut The Rise and Fall of Silvercity Bob in 2000. Silvercity Bob is an imaginary trumpet player and the album relies heavily on Beat Soler's collection of 1950s easy listening records.
The Synchronswimmer EP was released as a soundtrack for Acapulco 11, a synchronized swimming team. He recorded his latest album Out of the Woods over a couple of months in Los Angeles during 2002.
The single Manila featured Michael Smith, a 12-year-old boy from Compton, on lead vocals. Influential BBC Radio 1 disc jockey Pete Tong declared it an essential new tune and it has been remixed six times. It reached the ARIA top 50 Australian singles charts in March 2004.

Passengers sit row to row
The flight staff served the curry chicken!
And then I heard the turbine go
Yeah...
Out of my window was the sunset,
On the wing a funny glow,
Assured that wasn't part of the show,
So I started to dance,
Without wearing no seat belt
So I started to dance,
Without wearing no life vest,
I started to dance..
My plane noise went down,
I heard the pilot talk regrets,
But the people didn't panic,
They just all, stared at me,
And they started to dance,
Without wearing no seat belts,
We all started to dance,
Without wearing no life vest,
We all started to dance,
It was quiet a ride.
So I started to dance,
Without wearing no seat belts
So I started to dance,
Without wearing no life vest,
I started to dance...
The lyrics to Seelenluft's song Manila describe an interesting scenario of an airplane ride to Manila where the passengers are initially calm and the flight staff serves them a meal, but as the flight progresses, things start to get weird. As the singer looks out the window, he sees a beautiful sunset but also a strange glow on the wing of the airplane. The singer then notices his seat starting to rattle, and assumes that something is wrong with the plane. However, rather than panicking, he and the other passengers start to dance without wearing their seat belts or life vests. Eventually, the pilot apologizes for the turbulence, but the passengers are still dancing.

@Wahinies
Very similar for me, used to go to a record store called Tower Records with my mom and sister and I got a Sander Kleinenberg double disc
there and this was on the second disc. Playing in the car on the way home was head bobbing good down the 210 in California.
