The song "Quand J'Irai Vers L'Or" by Serge Lama depicts a utopian vision of the future where the world is at peace and everything is perfect. The lyrics talk about how when he goes towards gold, there will be silver fish in the rivers and blonde barefoot children in the rice fields. While these images seem very far off, the song also talks about how the same sun will shine in everyone's tears and how there will be no more hate or war. It is clear that these ideals are what Serge Lama considers to be true wealth or "gold".
The song also mentions how the bitter lemon will marry the orange and how the beast within us will be defeated by the angel.
