After a sold-out and successful debut on Trisol, and a bunch of German club hits and numerous compilation appearances, and their recent chart-hitting EP "no time for "club" silence" (released in December 2004), the Berlin boys returned in 2005 with their brilliant combination of alluring charismatic male vocals, carrying synth melodies and dancefloor electro beats. Although a second album is often said to be difficult to write, the German trio took the time to come up with a perfectly balanced album benefiting from a sharp, modern and detailed production work. It’s not for nothing that many music journalists refer to "no time for silence" as SERO.OVERDOSE’s album of maturity! A subtle alliance of German synthetic pop with highly emotional vocals (both in English and German), edgy EBM sequences and dynamic rhythmics. A splendid mixture of moody pop songs and danceable future-pop tunes, with enough vocal and sonic diversity to please all fans of good electronic music.
The band appear to have been on hiatus since 2007's "heading for tomorrow". Their official website at http://www.sero-overdose.de is no longer active.
