Continuing to call for help, hoping someone will listen and respond.

Cocked back And I'm gasping at the bottom
Feeling defeated and at the lowest point, gasping for air.

I can hear them crawling, one by one but no ones stopping
Hearing others in the same difficult situation, but feeling as if no one is doing anything to help.

The illusion of serenity has taken over
Feeling as if everything is calm and peaceful, but it's really a false sense of security.

Mindlessly controlled
Being influenced and directed by outside forces without realizing it.

Take down your blinds and shades
Remove the barriers and obstacles that prevent others from seeing the truth.

Exposing all the lies you hide in darkness
Revealing the deceit and falsehoods that are kept hidden away in secret.

Let them see me
Being vulnerable and allowing oneself to be seen by others.

As I drown in this eternal hell
Feeling trapped in a hopeless and endless cycle of suffering.

Inch by inch I crawl in darkness feeling nothing
Slowly and painfully making progress, but feeling numb and detached from the process.

But what's ahead of me?
Uncertainty about what the future holds, whether it's more suffering or hope.

Falsehood and a plate of fiction
Being fed lies and deception, rather than the truth.

Serve it up with a side of lies and mass distortion
Deliberately misleading and manipulating others through deceit and misinformation.

I'm thinking why should I even attempt to leave this place
Feeling hopeless and unsure of whether it's worth trying to get out of a difficult situation.

I'm stuck in silence, void of all illusion
Feeling trapped and unable to escape, with no false hope or delusions left.

Suddenly becoming aware of something.

Then I feel
Experiencing an emotional reaction to what was just heard or realized.

All treason and dishonesty
Feeling betrayed and hurt by those who have been deceitful and disloyal.

This is the trigger of my outbreak
Reaching a breaking point, where all the pain and frustration turns into action or an emotional outburst.

This is my outbreak
Expressing that this is the moment of release and action, breaking free from the cycle of suffering.
