Born selfish and ignorant
I was born with no knowledge or wisdom

And my school gave me knowledge
I received education in school

But never any wisdom
But I never gained practical knowledge

And in addition the television programmed my brain
I was influenced by constant television exposure

Through it's constant repetition
Television had a repetitive and lasting effect on me

Misdirected infected with mundane roles and goals and heroes
I was misled into adopting trivial societal values and beliefs

And although life really has purpose
Despite life having a purpose

I wasted my youth in a social circus
I squandered my youth in meaningless social activities

Told what is best for me
I was given advice on what was ideal for me

But I've seen their destiny
But I've witnessed their unsatisfactory lives

Our leaders ignominy
I am concerned with the disgraceful actions of our leaders

Reconfirm my concern to rearrange and change my life
It reinforces my motivation to change my life course

I'll vow
I am determined

I'll vow right here
I am resolute now

And now no more time wasting just edification purification
I don't want to waste time anymore; only focus on personal growth

We can direct our future
It's possible to shape our future

This life, this life has no meaning
Life is meaningless without self-improvement

Unless we grow
Except if we grow and develop

I know there's no use for all this screaming
I am aware that shouting never helps

Born foolish dull and self absorbed
I was born with no knowledge or personality

But my life's dedicated to reformation and education
But, my life mission is to reform society and gain knowledge

In a nation that thinks great pleasure is a Disney vacation
In a country where amusement parks are the ultimate joy

I never fit in to their system
I never felt like I belonged in their regulations

I couldn't understand people
I found it difficult to understand people's actions and motivations

Wasting their time with so called love
Wasting their efforts on what they call love

And drugs and occupations
And relying on drugs and jobs

While outside the window is a crumbling nation
While the country is on the verge of destruction

So I searched for sincerity and lost popularity
I pursued authenticity over fitting in and paid the price

Well what do they want from me?
What do they expect of me?

If I lost friends they never were my friends at all!
I never had true friends if they left me for being real

To find the real me through introspection
I discovered my true self through reflection

And austerity is my life's mission my ambition
Living a simple life is my calling and goal

I've got a vision to change my destiny
I have a plan to alter my future

Things don't change we must change
Things don't magically change, We have to change them
