Once
Shootyz Groove Lyrics

Chorus:
Can't run too much work to be done
Don't lie, something that you can't deny
Feel blue, yeah us too once in a while
But we know, we know, we know know the style

I'm up against the wall drinking mad alcohol
Got myself a headache now I need some Tylenol

Time alone would be dandy in beaches that are sandy
Walking by the sea with the sun feeling free

Got my pocket on-e with no worries
Someone's trying to blast me so I do my concentration
With one arm dumbbells 'cause in New York
Streets tend to raise hell I do my sit ups dips and pull ups

I even take a jog and stay fit
just in case brothers push up to see
I do my leaving ganja stenches on park benches
Get the wrenches open up the hydrant its hot now

The flow be all over your block in a puddle you can check
My crew in a huddle if there's trouble I don't engage
In physical rage I never thought the devil was a Caucasian
It's amazing how our minds just sink if that's the way you think

Then your just an ignorant newborn infant don't understand
Bigotry man color blind my man kind of nature
Read the instructions you still wont know my function
Your style is second-hand used bought at auction

It's going once it's going twice you could think your nice
But I know you bought that style for a price a fare a fee
A but one get one free what do you think this is a MC
Shopping spree like that we don't get down to see
Clear is the vision the type of brothers you don't see

On television we bring it to you live with a bigger buzz
Than a beehive hi five if you purchased L.I.V.E.
We still alive regardless of the bullshit struggle and strive
For that consciousness

Chorus:
Can't run too much work to be done
Don't lie, something that you can't deny
Feel blue, yeah us too once in a while
But we know, we know, we know know the style

'Causing tension in my kingdom boy I'll
teach you never blast you

Looking for the greener not the money but the pasture
Royalty with knots, what they bringing to my flocks
Nothing! So lay people give their loyalty to blocks and glocks
Hard rocks don't step to me I'm lava I'll melt you, you know

You're no longer at the helm mere words do not express
What exists in higher realms some will personify,
Others do or die

Champions simply do like forever coming through
If everything's for nothing well then nothing is for you
But everything is cool everybody got a school
They subscribe to
I ain't trying to bribe you or jive you
God gave me this energy I'm sorry if it vibes you

Right or wrong my energy is strong
It flows it goes bust in times of mega lust
Still grows from the dust left resurrect

We're putting in mad work but there's mad work left
Now we move it on the yes for the tame and the wild
We see and feel plus breathe live the style

My style your style the style similar
To the sweetness of a virgin when you enter her
But this dog eat dog world wasn't meant for her
Or me or even you now the brothers of the groove
Are singing songs of freedom but we sing blues too

Damn!
I didn't know that I could feel so damn low
I didn't think that I could take much more
But now I realize that I can feel so damn high
I guess I never looked inside

Chorus:
Can't run too much work to be done
Don't lie, something that you can't deny

Feel blue, yeah us too once in a while
But we know, we know, we know know the style

Itā€™s a shame these guys never got a fair shake too early with JIVE and ā€œHipnosisā€ flew under the radar (great album to) but ā€œHigh Definitionā€ was amazing and remember hearing ā€œL Trainā€ being played on the radio here in NYC and then they break up!!!! But I never heard this album and Thry would do live shows a lot in NYC and never heard any songs or mention of it

Best band ever how come this album is a secret ?

StumpdIntallekt

Isnā€™t it! I think they released this in Japan only. This type of music was fading at that time, so they probably didnā€™t get a solid record deal. Keep fingers crossed no one takes it down in case this is not supposed to exist outside Japan.
