Well, attraction generally has more to do with your emotional response to the person, or in this case, from Sickick sick tracks. The guy knows how to set an atmosphere. And while I'm a guy that's not sexually or romantically attracted to other guys, since I feel strong emotions towards his music, videos, style, etc, I respect him, and want to imitate something about him since I have an emotional tie to him/his productions.
So basically, emotional response is seems to be the main attractor for most cases, and can, in non-romantic cases, cause respect, admiration, and imitation.
