Came here from a long time back. Sure, this was the music used in Stage 2 of "I Wanna Be The Guy: Gaiden", but there's also a much older comment about this being used in a radio show.

And then there's another comment about the fact that this starts out muffled at the start of the stage it plays in "Bionic Commando: Rearmed", only to hit maximum intensity once you reach the middle of the stage. To quote a bit of it: "Working for the Empire is its own reward, sometimes.".
