In March 2009, Sin City Sinners' fans took offense and besieged and berated the Las Vegas Review Journal when it named Sin City Sinners second in the Best Local Rock Band category behind international touring artists, The Killers.[3] The Sin City Sinners' fans felt since all members of the Sin City Sinners live in Las Vegas and perform in top venues four nights a week that Sin City Sinners should be awarded first place over a band that has only one lone member living in the Las Vegas area and seldom makes local live appearances.
Sin City Sinners have been described as "Local rock gods"-Las Vegas Sun, "The hottest band in Vegas"-Ron Jeremy, Adult film legend/reality TV star, "Better than Sex"-Phil Lewis, LA Guns, and "The best band in Las Vegas"-Paul Shortino, Quiet Riot/Rough Cutt.
Sin City Sinners have been recording a live album and a studio album which will capture the essence of the live shows, with legendary guests performing on several tracks. So far, a few tracks have been released on the bands Reverbnation site.
Numb

Famous for nothing
Get down!
Just a Movie Of The Weak
Get off!
She never says a thing but she talks and she talks and she talks
She won't shut up
Hit the ground running
Get down!
Take it lying down
Get off!
Try to get away but she comes and she comes and she cums
She won't go away
Outta my sight I'm outta my mind
Don't look back it's far from over
Until I find my way out of it
Until I find my way I'm callin'
Sister, Sister Morphine
Take me in your arms and tell me I won't feel a thing
I'm callin'
Sister, Sister Novacaine
I need your vampire kiss to come and suck out all this pain
I wanna be numb
Wake up!
Wake me when it's over
Get down!
Singin' in the pain
Get off!
Try to run away but she goes and she goes and she goes
She won't ever stop
Wake up!
Famous for nothing
Get down!
Just a Movie Of The Week
Get off!
She never says a thing
But she talks and she talks and she talks and she talks and she talks and she talks and she talks
Ah shut up!
The lyrics to Sin City Sinners's song "Numb" convey a sense of frustration and desperation with someone who won't stop talking and causing problems. The repeated exhortations to "wake up," "get down," and "get off" suggest a desire to escape or break free from their grip, but the person in question keeps coming back and won't let go. The singer pleads with "Sister Morphine" and "Sister Novacaine" to numb the pain and help them escape the never-ending cycle of annoyance and distress.
The song paints a vivid picture of a situation many people can relate to: feeling trapped by someone or something that won't let go. The repetition of certain phrases highlights the cyclical nature of the problem and the singer's growing desperation. The use of drugs as a metaphor for escape adds to the sense of desperation and longing for something to ease the pain.
Overall, "Numb" is a powerful and relatable song that captures the frustration and hopelessness of being stuck in a difficult situation. The repeated chorus of "shut up" at the end of the song serves as a cathartic release of emotion and a final plea for peace.
