Band's biography:
The band is formed after a traffic accident in December 1981, in Vigo (Galicia, Northwest of Spain), with a iconoclastic and neo-dadaist approach in the lyrics: galician punk rock against general boredom.
In January 1982 they send a demo with twelve songs to the radio program "This is not Hawai", presented by Jesús Ordovás in Radio 3 (Radio Nacional de España).
In June the same year the EP "Ayudando a los enfermos" ("Helping the sick people") is published with DRO, one of the new independent record companies that arised at that time.
In November they publish their first LP, "¿Cuándo se come aquí?" ("When do we eat here?") with 15 songs recorded in three days. It was a success in the alternative market.
In January 1983 they play live in Rock Ola (Madrid), an important concert venue for the new bands around the country. They record two songs for the program "Caja de ritmos" in Televisión Española. Due to censorship the program is canceled.
Vamos Muy Bien

The lyrics of Siniestro Total's "Vamos Muy Bien" describe a wild and drunken night out with a friend. The first verse opens with an invitation for the friend to continue drinking and signals the singer's desire for more alcohol. The second line sets the tone for the rest of the song with the emphasis on getting drunk. The night out is not anything special, and no one is waiting for them. All they have is each other and the liters of alcohol they consume. As the night progresses, the singer's speech becomes disjointed, and he turns to an inanimate object, an old sofa, to share his troubles with. His friend has disappeared to the restroom, and the singer is left alone with his thoughts and his alcohol.
The chorus repeats the phrase "Vamos Muy Bien" while the singer acknowledges that they are drunk as skunks but still manage to stay on their feet. They have no intention of stopping until they can no longer see. The next verse describes the singer's drunken delusions. The lights and the mannequins in a store window appear to come alive, and he finds himself making jokes for their amusement. He has lost track of how much he has drunk and decides to open another bottle. Even in the middle of the drunken chaos, the singer manages to find something to toast to with his friend. The last part of the verse describes the two friends struggling to keep their balance.
