Native of Chicago, Sir Charles Travis was self-taught as a result of a music based family at an early age and was influenced by such artists as Stevie Wonder, Sly Stone, The Beatles and Parliament/Funkadelic to name a few. These artists helped him to develope his own style signature, which in and of itself has many dimensions and personalities......a mirror image of Charles himself.
His debut release, "Da'Latest Fashion EP" is an eclectic mix of Hip Hop, Spoken Word, R&B, Funk and Jazz with seductive ballads to warm the soul.

Met the guy who wrote this song Darell Scott,at a bluegrass festival in Medical Lake, Washington.He was giving a songwriting seminar,said he had been feeling bad,(serious back back trouble) and things had been going bad. Then one day he woke up and felt great and wrote this song. True story
