Sejak dulu sebelumnya
Andai ku curah rasa hati
Mungkin kini ku kan tenang di samping mu
Belum puas ku menikmati
Kesan kasih sayang
Kau terpaksa pergiIngin kuterus di cinta ini
Walau bisikanmu
Azimat berduri
Cintaku yang berbunga
Jadi air mata di dahliku
Betapa ku cinta padamu
Katakanlah kau cinta padaku
Sematkan aku di hatimu
Walau di mana berada
Ingat ku dalam doa mu
Hiasilah hati
Dengan cinta suci
Selamanya
Betapa ku cinta padamu
Katakanlah kau cinta padaku
Sematkan aku di hatimu
Walau di mana berada
Ingat ku dalam doa mu
Cintaku yang berbunga
Jadi air mata di dahliku
Katakanlah kau cinta padaku
Sematkan aku di hatimu
Walau di mana berada
Ingat ku dalam doa mu
Hiasilah hati
Dengan cinta suci
Selamanya
Betapa ku cinta padamu
Katakanlah kau cinta padaku
Sematkan aku di hatimu
Walau di mana berada
Ingat ku dalam doa mu
Gemerlapkan jiwa
Semikanlah cinta
Smoga kau dan aku
Akhirnya bersama
Aku kan menunggu
Walau tuk seribu tahun lagi
Gemerlapkan jiwa
Semikanlah cinta
Smoga kau dan aku
Akhirnya bersama
Aku kan menunggu
Walau pun seribu tahun lagi
Gemerlapkan jiwa
Semikanlah cinta
Smoga kau dan aku
Akhirnya bersama bersama
Gemerlap lagi
Gemerlapkan
The song Betapa Ku Cinta Padamu by Siti Nurhaliza speaks of a longing for a love that has been lost. The lyrics describe the singer's desire to be with someone they have loved for a long time, expressing regret that they were not able to confess their feelings earlier. The singer wishes they could have poured their heart out to this person, hoping that they could be at peace with them right now. However, the person has been forced to leave, leaving the singer with a bittersweet memory of the love they once shared. The chorus repeats the line "Betapa ku cinta padamu," which means "how much I love you," while urging the other person to express their love in return.
The song's second verse continues with the theme of regret, as the singer expresses their dissatisfaction with not having fully enjoyed the love they once had. The chorus repeats again, emphasizing the singer's love, and the third verse speaks of the singer's hope to be remembered by the one they love. The lyrics ask for this person to always remember the singer in their prayers, to hold onto the pure love they once shared, and to hopefully be reunited one day. Overall, the song explores themes of love, longing, and regret in a heartfelt and emotional manner.
