Oh, meu amor
Oh, meu amor
Isso é amor
Oh, meu amor
Isso é amor
É amor... é amor...
Aê!
Você me liga me altera, me acende
The lyrics to Skank's song Telefone talk about the intimacy of a long-distance relationship. The song starts with the singer receiving a call from their lover at three in the morning, speaking in a language that only they both can understand. The poem-like conversation between the lovers transcends, and the singer confirms that it's love. The distance between them is not a problem for their love. Even if they are from different places in the world, the love they share will still find a way to connect them. The singer speaks louder, even shouting, to hear their lover's voice better, and their love continues to flow like a wave that can't be broken. The song speaks of how the lovers are lost in each other's thoughts, and even though the call ends abruptly, the wave of love will continue.
The song's lyrics are beautiful and powerful, capturing the emotions and intensity of a long-distance relationship in a creative and engaging way. The use of poetry and metaphors adds depth and complexity to the song, making it more than just a simple love song. The concept of the wave of love that cannot be cut is a powerful metaphor that speaks to the intensity and strength of the lovers' connection.
