Help Yourself

Making up your mind
You can spend it
Or you can end it anytime
Why hide your opinions
I believe deep down inside
You can't afford to be shy
And the ones who don't
Baby they don't know
A goddamn thing
So don't let them bring you down
Why hide all your passion
I believe deep down inside
You can't afford to be shy
You got to help yourself
You got to help yourself
Oh, you make it hard
You know that you do
You know that it's true
It's so easy to, go!
Why hide your opinions
I believe deep down inside
You can't afford to be shy
You got to help yourself
Why hide all your passion
I believe deep down inside
You can't afford to be shy
You got to help yourself
You got to help yourself
You got to help yourself
You got to help yourself
The song "Help Yourself" by Skycycle is all about encouraging people to spend their time wisely and stop worrying about what others think. The opening lines of the song say, “You can spend your time making up your mind, You can spend it or you can end it anytime.” This is a clear indication that time is short, and we need to invest it wisely. We can either spend time doing something productive or waste it by doing nothing at all. It is up to us to decide.
The following lines in the song, "Why hide your opinions, I believe deep down inside, You can't afford to be shy," further emphasize the importance of being open about our beliefs and opinions. The song encourages people to not let others bring them down and to live their lives on their own terms. The repeated lines of "You got to help yourself" are a strong message of self-empowerment and taking control of one's life.
Overall, "Help Yourself" is a motivational anthem that encourages listeners to take control of their lives, stop worrying about the opinions of others, and follow their passions.
