Our Generation

We want to be respected
We want to walk in peace
We want each other to be ok
We want to drink, have sex
And we only talk on myspace
But go and change think of facebook that's great
Go go bitch oh my fucking god !!!!
Carrie Broadshaw touched one
We want a woodstock please with real hippies not fake
As Amy said : "we are all going back to black."
Our generation
We want to scream but without word
It's so hard to be heard
Our generation
We want to scream but without words
It's so hard to be heard
We want to find a place
And wanna dance until death
We want a starbucks please
We want Kate Moss as twin
We want Jimmy with Chris without judgement that's it
It's just a heart heart beat they're gay they're not shit.
Our generation
We want to scream but without words it's so hard to be heard
Our generation
We want to scream but without words it's so hard to be heard
Sliimy's song "Our Generation" is an expression of the desires and frustrations of a modern generation. The song talks about the things this generation wants, including respect, peace, and the ability to be heard. They want to be able to talk to each other through social media and they want to have things like iPhones and Starbucks. They also want to have freedom in their relationships and not be judged for their sexual orientation.
The song references popular culture figures like Carrie Bradshaw from Sex and the City and Kate Moss. Sliimy also references Amy Winehouse's song "Back to Black" when talking about the desire to go back to the free-spirited era of Woodstock. The song talks about the struggles of being heard in a world where everyone is shouting, and how difficult it is to find a place to belong.
Sliimy's song is a commentary on the desires and frustrations of a generation that feels isolated and disconnected from the world around them. It highlights the need for authenticity, acceptance, and a sense of belonging. The song's catchy beat and upbeat tempo contrast the frustration expressed in the lyrics, creating a powerful message about the hopes and struggles of modern life.
