I love how diverse the maggot community is. Fan bases usually will only be 14 year old girls, or just older people, or mainly females, or mainly males. But maggots come in all ages and genders with different backgrounds. I’m a 17 year old female maggot, and I’ve met people in there 40’s who are maggots and it’s so amazing to see a fan base full of many different generations.

Amazing! I saw Slipknot at OzzFest 1999 when they were nobody. Rob Zombie, Slayer, System of a Down, Deftones, and Primus were the big names but again some in their infancy! Show was awesome, Ozzy could barely handle the hose to spray the crowd! Good times, Good times! ☮️❤️🤘🏼

Duality, Before I Forget, Vermilion...These are probably the most famous tracks in this album, and i love each every one of them. Like the rest of the songs from this underrated amazing CD. But for some reason if anyone ask me which song is the best for me from Vol.3 i will say this one...But for me Slipknot is one of the few few bands that i like every single song from 1996 to 2014. In they're own style...The style in years as changed and maybe, surely, will change again and again in years...But if band members are good musicians, it's really difficoult to make bad music. I literally came here to describe a hilarious experience I just had a few minutes ago:

So I was listening to Vol. 3 on CD, and while I might’ve heard that album all the way through in the past, it would’ve been too long ago for me to remember every song. And I wasn’t as familiar with this one.

So here I am listening to the album on a stereo, without headphones, and this song comes on. And I swear to goodness, I honestly could not tell if that siren sound in the beginning was coming from the stereo or from somewhere in the city where I live. I even got kind of scared that there might be something bad going on, so I went over to investigate. I stop the song, and sure enough, the siren stops as well. My response that I uttered out loud was, “Damn you Craig, you scared me there!”
