Welcome To Tomorrow
Snap Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
To a place that you've never been, a mystic fantasy
Take a ride and go with me in a time and a space
I'll show you things that you never knew, existed in another place
I want to know
I want to know
Are you ready, are you ready
Are you ready, are you ready
You ready, are you ready
Welcome to tomorrow, welcome to tomorrow [Repeat: x4]
Welcome into my world [Repeat: x4]
My world
Welcome into my world
Welcome into my world
Hokus Pokus turn around, ain't no magic act around [Repeat: x2]
Snap's song "Welcome to Tomorrow" invites the listener to explore new and unknown possibilities in a mystical world. The lyrics indicate an evocative and dynamic journey, taking the listener to a place where reality meets imagination. The opening line "Welcome into my house, come along and follow me" suggests an invitation to join a new journey, where the artist would lead them through the magic of their imagination. The lines "To a place that you've never been, a mystic fantasy" and "I'll show you things that you never knew, existed in another place" allude to the artist's invitation to go on a trip with them to a new realm.
The chorus "Welcome to tomorrow, welcome to tomorrow" repeats four times, reinforcing the idea that the journey is into a new, unexplored world. The song asks the listener if they are ready for this new world, reinforcing the idea that this journey will take courage, curiosity, and an open mind. The phrase "My world" repeated throughout the song is used to define the utopic place the artist wants to take the listener, a place they created, and they are inviting the listener to experience it.

Wow!!! That’s the best description of music I’ve ever heard, and you are 100% correct. When you hear certain songs they take you back to a certain place and certain time. Well put, mate.

so true
@pilotabsolut3129
@@OptOutUsername the point here is that you go back in your memmorys and be able to bring up feelings and impressions you experienced in connection with the song and the timeperiod it was played. Its your personal time machine. It has nothing to do with historical evidence.
