no worries, not sure its its the same native suns but yeah that song lost is pretty sick. they have a music video for it.
and that sucks sorry to hear about your friend passing. austin seems like a super talented musician but also seems like he might have control issues cause i heard some rumors about him and dylan not getting along cause he kept trying to push of machines into a more woe is me sound, like heavier for their second album, thats why he apparently left cause they wouldnt listen. also kinda seems he was the reason for at least some of the constant line up changes in woe is me.

check out picturesque, new post hardcore band but they covered becoming closer to closure and its fucking amazing, their vocalist is so good and kinda reminds me of dylan with certain things about his singing style like the highs that almost break into a scream but are still under control.

Does anyone happen to have one of the Soft Powers releases on Bandcamp from December 2011 called like “Soft Powers Play Dune (?)” or something like that. I remember it sounding very Italo & industrial electronic. There was a vocoder on the tracks. It was very eerie. That disappeared with the rest of their obscure catalog. This haunts me so much. I need to hear it again.
