Damn amazing that piece, that feeling of listening to something futuristic one of the best pieces of electronic music of all time. With each listen it feels like hearing it for the first time, a magnificent preset by kawai but used in a majestic way by Lfo.

RIP Mark Bell. This tune was a milestone for me growing up. There was nothing else that had the inventiveness and sheer balls at the time. It makes me happy that Leeds Warehouse is still going strong and looking to the future, just as Mark was in 1990.

One of my favorite tracks of all time- funky and beautiful at the same time. Incredible bass line and drum track as well. LFO was really influential, it's impossible to listen to Orbital and not hear LFO.

Oh man! Heard this first when it was released whist at a club in Fuengurola (sic) Spain, after exiting the subterranean club was applauded by other club attendees and local police for crossing the pedestrian crossing - took ten minutes i think, but then what the fuck did i know! My fav all-time tune, ever - dirty as fuck!

@coopjammin If that's the case this is a small world.I was living over there at that time,and literally you could write down the Venues that you knew had Rez Dj's that had this Track on the back of a Stamp :) Proper Dirty Tune agreed.Subterainean Club sounds either like The London Underground or my Favorite which was "Pinks!"right opposite the beach.

Since I first and last heard this song on WRFL 88.1 in 1994 and 1995, I had been dying to find the name of this song and the performer and I finally found it just a while ago. Ever since I first heard it originally in 1995 it made me think of the appartment that my folks and I used to live at in Tates Creek Cntr Pkwy from 1978 to 1982, and was in 1995 that we re- visited that appartment.

Recognized this little gem at a thrift store I was volunteering in so I picked up my first vinyl. Spending so many hours of my teenage years listening to the rave classics I couldn't buy or download, who would have wanted to give this away?! Late 80s and early 90s - that was the time when everything was possible - EDM-genres were still soo close together. This tune was one of the first I remember that woud feature such a massive sub bass! Only in UK Rave / Oldskool Breakbeat / Jungle and latter Drum'n'Bass this would reappear. That's when I movede away from "Techno" and went on to what is today considered as Bass Music... It all started with tracks like LFO. And yes - this tune is still huge!

Wow, can't believe this one's got 1.7M views in 2018!!! I went to Chicago looking for 'underground acid' music, and they told me they didn't have much, but they were playing LFO at the time, so I bought in. Great stuff to this day. I know that they did something at the vinyl production plant having to do with taking "caps off" or some such, that lower frequencies to pass through.
