Using morphine may not be ideal, but it's the only way to alleviate my pain

They can't promise enough time
The doctors can't guarantee that I have enough time left

I don't have enough time to come to terms with my situation

And i know i'd get up it's not over yet no
I have hope that I'll recover, it's not too late

But every moment is steeped in agony
Every moment is filled with intense pain and suffering

I get so tired and so pale so sick of wilted roses
I feel exhausted, weak, and tired of seeing things that once brought joy now fading away
