Son Lux Lyrics

I'm giving up and I am letting down
I've had enough of our machines
I'm giving up and I am letting down
I've had enough of our disease
I'm picking up and I will walk away
I've had enough of our disease
I'm picking up and I will walk away
I'm asking you to take
I'm asking you to take
I'm asking you to take
I'm asking you to take
I'm asking you to take
To take
To take
The lyrics to Son Lux's song "Enough of Our Machines" seem to express an exhaustion with the technology and artificiality that pervades modern life. The repetition of "I've had enough of our machines" suggests a frustration with the ways in which technology has come to dominate human existence, perhaps leaving individuals feeling powerless and disconnected. The lines "I'm giving up and I am letting down" and "I'm picking up and I will walk away" could be interpreted as a rejection of this lifestyle and a desire for something more authentic and human.
The repetition of the phrase "I'm asking you to take" towards the end of the song could be seen as a plea for others to join in this rejection of technology and return to a more natural and connected way of life. The repetition of this phrase suggests a desire for solidarity and a recognition that individuals may not be able to reject technology on their own, but must come together to create change.
Overall, the lyrics of "Enough of Our Machines" seem to be a call to action, urging listeners to reject the artificiality of modern life and seek a more connected and authentic existence.
