Med singler som «Det e over», «Tilbake» og «Riv i hjertet» har han preget nasjonale radiolister hele 2015, og vært innnom TV-programmer som TV2 Senkveld, P3 Gull, VG-lista Topp 20 og NRK1 Lindmo.

I oktober 2015 kom debutalbumet, Riv i hjertet, ut på Petroleum Records. Albumet høstet store ord fra landets anmeldere, har ligget over 40 uker på VG-lista og resulterte i hele tre Spellemann-nominasjoner: Årets album, Årets popsolist og Årets nykommer. Albumets tittelspor ble også fjorårets mest spilte norskspråklige låt på radio.

I etterkant av albumslippet har Justad turnert land og strand, og solgt ut så godt som samtlige spillesteder – deriblant to ganger Rockefeller i Oslo. I tillegg har albumsporene «Lovte dæ» og «Tida vi bare va» blitt radiolistet hos både NRK P1 og NRK P3.
