I honestly don't know why 3×'s. I started doing this innately, I didn't read or see it in a video. Three seems to be a number that shows up frequently in my life. Also, when I'm in public & this happens, I mumble the words quietly under my breath. When alone, sometimes I shout the words. One of the big negatives I've dealt with is the voice telling me to off myself. That no longer comes up, as of a couple months ago. Please take care of yourself, Sir!

Yes you’re right. How to be not impacted by nowadays societies and everything bad that happens every day around us ,wherever you live, because we can see lives in every countries because of internet, and we can see the grass is not greener elsewhere ……🤷‍♀️ the only ones who still strong are the ones who create their own shell, physically and spiritually but as i said, it’s an everyday silent battle 💖
