Soundscape Soul features the talents of songwriters Josh Springer and Matt Aronson. Soundscape Soul was created less than 2 years ago when Springer and Aronson met while working at a summer camp. They became friends immediately. After realizing their talents in music, they were naturally led to collaborating. The chemistry was undeniable. Springer and Aronson eventually met up in Pittsburgh, PA., writing and recording 5 songs in 4 days which have become staples of their live shows and favorites with their listeners.
Utilizing the digital world, they recorded more songs via the internet and in March of 2006, they recorded at J Soul Studios with the result being their much anticipated first Album entitled, Within State Lines.
The Soundscape Soul live experience offers charismatic charm, humor, improvisation and earthy, natural harmonies. Springer and Aronson create a crowd-interactive atmosphere which most have deemed as rare in today’s music world.
