An accompanying music video directed by Steve Box was released featuring the five band members as animated fairies that interact with two friends in a forest. The four remaining members performed the track on shows Top of the Pops and on the National Lottery television show. An adapted duet version was performed with Pavarotti at his annual charity event Pavarotti and Friends. The song was also performed live as a five-piece on their return concert tour, Return of the Spice Girls.

5 months later, and I'm back, remaining the day this song broke the world's heart, and the UK's heart especially.
They sang this song together on top of the pops, and no one suspected Geri was about to leave. All of us, self destructive romantics, over joyed, our favourite song on the spiceworld album was released as a single. Then, the next episode of top of the pops aired and Geri was missing. "she's not feeling well", then the news spread, Geri has left the Spice Girls and the world's heart broke. Everyone has thir, favourite, but everyone knew, they'd never be the same without Ginger.
We prayed and prayed, that Geri would come back, and the Spice Girls would be whole again. Then they released goodbye and we all knew, it was over. We cryedour hearts out, listening to Goodbye. It was like the death of Yet another legend. Like the day Queen lost Freddie Mercury, or the Beetles lost John Lennon. We all knew she wasn't coming back, and all we could do was sit back and watch her waste away to a shadow of her former self, as she got thinner, and thinner, singing songs that had no real meaning to her anymore. Scntzophonic being the last time she sang her heart out.
We cried, we raged, we gave Mel B grief. We couldn't bring ourselves to listen to the girls without Geri.
They tried to reform, but alot of us where still grieving and couldn't bring ourselves to believe they where back for good, and yet again they disappeared from our lives.
