I was most fortunate to have seen Spider John live proformance in the 60s!
Terrific presentation of the country blues...

Damn! So good.

Super!  I have never heard this song.  I had the "Blues, Rags & Hollers" "Lots More B,R&H" and "The Return of Koerner, Ray & Glover" back in the mid-sixties.  I loved the sound of Spider John's 7 string guitar (an added octave G).
Roger McGuinn got Martin to make a Spider John style  7 string.

Great song. Discovered 'Spider' John Kroener watching the HBO series Deadwood. His song "Rattlesnake" closes one of the episodes. I also love this song & ordered the album featured. I already know most of the other artists performing on this alum. Thanks Stefan.
