@Patrick Lawson What utter nonsense and shows how little you know about the Jordan Chandler case. Jordan was GAGGED as a minor with a settlement agreement that prevents him from EVER speaking out publicly about the case for as long as he lives.
If the MJ Estate thinks Jordan told people he lied and wants to declare he lied. Why doesn't the MJ Estate & MJ companies release him from his gagging and strike the gag clause out of the agreement?
Surely they would have done this long ago and given him $$$ to make a documentary.
"it was Evan’s idea and that Evan let Victor Gutierrez abuse him."
What complete and utter batshit delusion!!
@Judipops13
@Patrick Lawson Goodness grief what utter lies and nonsense you typed.
"Chandler was NOT gagged as a Minor. The CIVIL SUIT had little to do with him."
JORDAN CHANDLER WAS THE PLAINTIFF in the Sept 1993 case!!!
Jordan Chandler (Plaintiff) vs Michael Jackson (Defendant) Superior Court of the State of California for the County of Los Angeles - Case No SC 026 266
On 14th September 1993, Jordan Chandler filed the above named lawsuit against MJ accusing MJ of committing sexual battery, seduction, willful misconduct, intentional infliction of emotional distress, fraud and negligence.
Jordan Chandler's parents were GUARDIANS AD LITEM only in this civil litigaton as required by law in cases where the Plaintiff is a minor.
JORDAN CHANDLER IS COMPLETELY GAGGED & IS GAGGED EVEN BEYOND MJ'S DEATH
Clause 9 of the Settlement agreement resulting from Case No SC 026 266
“The Minor (Jordan Chandler), by and through his Guardian ad Litem, Evan Chandler and June Chandler, agree that they will not at any time in the future make any engagement, enter into any contract, agreement, commitment, understanding or other obligation, with any media, including, without limitation, any publishing, print, new, television, motion picture, cable, video, multimedia, software, recording, broadcast, radio or any other media, for purposes of or relating to the commercial exploitation by Jordan Chandler of any story, documentary, docudrama, publication, magazine, tabloid, book, article, moion picture, television program or picture, “movie of the week”, serial, miniseries, recording, recird, record, audiotape, compact disc, video tape, program, television or other public or private appearance, interview or broadcast, related to Jackson in any capacity.”
“The parties acknowledge that Jackson or his heirs, administrators, executors, conservators, successors and assigns, shall be entitled to recooup as recovery for unjust enrishment, or any other applicable cause of action, any sums as may be received by the breaching party as compensation for such commercial exploitation”.
"not only did the drawing NOT match Jordan’s description" (This doesn't make sense btw)
Bill Dworin - 30 years LAPD veteran who worked 300 CSA cases said it matched and he was ONE OF FEW people who saw it. I will take the opinion of an EXPERT WHO SAW THE DESCRIPTION over some dude on YT who clearly has a head filled with nonsense and hasn't done any of their own research or read key documents.
The description is under seal and has NEVER been made public.
Sneddon tried to have the description submitted in 2005 - Mesereau opposed it.
Why would Sneddon submit a description that didn't match, which would work against his prosecution case?
Why would Thomas Mesereau oppose the description if it didn't match which wuld help his client's case and write of Jordan Chandler while he was at it?
The rest of what you say well it's just more BS.
@MarvFitBikesKicks
Man, watching people give their testimonies of their experiences around Michael made me cry, his humbleness and kindness was so heartbreaking smh

@tina martinez yes 👍🙂💓🙃✌
@jacksonaktak
Super excited for this! I always wanted to hear Josephine Zohny's account of Jordan Chandler, so finally she's going on record!
And as someone who researched the case in depth, I agree: if the Chandler allegations against MJ are false than every other allegation crumbles too. The later accusers so heavily build on the Chandler case - certain elements are taken from it verbatim.
@faa1412
Imagine if Jordan Chandler told her to participate in the documentary? Because technically he can't talk about it, but people who knew him can.
@opanpro9772
@A Matt I seriously want the past accusers to come out and publicly tell the truth.
