..Carol Leeming did an interview years ago, saying the label didn't have a budget for the "Joy" Music Video, but she was IRATE that they had to film it in the bottom of an EMPTY POOL (3:26) (the 'reflections' are from the drained water) (2:14)....but, it wound up being a QUINTESSENTIAL "90's" Video with it's Euro-Rave / House vibes, & 'grunge' attitude.....a former #1 Dance hit, Feb., 1994.....
