That area you entered where the fiends recently moved in was not the Fiend Rehabilitation center. Thst was the area where you encountered and killed Zimmer, they are two separate buildings. The FRC is doing rather well actually.

I thought of the same thing about the cigarettes in the game. I finally found out that they grow it. It makes sense because they live in constant danger and living long enough to even die of lung cancer is probably a luxury. At the farm owned by NCR they say the grow tobacco.

@Techhunter Talon handcock wasn't a ghoul till fairly recently, he turned ghoul after doing an experimental radiation drug which I believe he stated was the best one off high he's ever had, he doesn't talk like he can even still enjoy chems, he's been a ghoul less than 30 years, given his brother is "human" and was still within a human lifespan during the game, I also believe his bodyguard is actually his daughter, now she could be adopted and I don't recall exactly what's said about it but if she's biological then he's been a ghoul less time than she's been alive.

all of that content is added by the ONLY good mod Someguy2000 ever made and its called The Inheritence. the only bad thing about that mod if the fact that the guy you do the quests with is scripted to die at the end of the quest which is why most people dont finish the quest and before anybody comment YES i know Bounties 1/ 2 and 3 are considered "the best mods" for FNV but i dont think quests that are rip off's of movies make good quests and Marko was a total cliche and ALL of Bounties 3 was a blatant rip-off of The Good, The Bad & The Ugly. you want to dispute this and prove me wrong try it

True, unless they saw vast usefulness in said ghoul. Hell, one of their own was turned into a Super Mutant due to FEV and they kept him around due to how deadly he was. I think he name was Frank Horrigan, if I remember correctly.
