Jenkins has entered other ventures both in the music business and in Hollywood, including acting in the films Rock Star (2001), as Bradley, and Art of Revenge (2003), playing the lead role Matthew Kane. Stephan grew up in Palo Alto, California, and graduated as valedictorian of his class at University of California, Berkeley in 1987, with a B.A. in English Literature.
Stephan's striking good looks landed him on People's 50 Most Beautiful People List. Stephan broke up with actress Charlize Theron after failing to take her requests of marriage seriously.
