This is super interesting and something I've always been curious about but never thought to look into. You guys should cover the PCT (post cycle therapy) protocol utilizing HCG and Clomid. They dramatically reduce recovery time and jumpstart the testes again. However, have their own lists of adverse effects.
Also side note,: Steroids themselves do not actually cause acne outright. I have been on for over 2.5 years as a competitor in men's physique. Never once have I had to deal with any sort of acne, hair loss, or any of the other typical side effects people expect with steroid use. A huge part comes down to genetics and the type of steroid you use/stack with others of course (there are hundreds of compounds out there), however many of the typical superficial side effects are caused more by hormone fluctuation though improper usage. Basically, don't be dumb and reckless, educate yourself, and be transparent with your family doctor/endocrinologist to ensure your safety while maximizing the benefits.

It's interesting to compare a lot of these effects from the sudden drop in testosterone from quitting steroids to my own experience quitting testosterone, so to speak, as a trans woman.
Fun fact the T blocker I'm taking is a GnRH agonist, so basically they stop my body making testosterone by over-stimulating the GnrH receptor until it goes on strike and stops releasing FSH and LH.

There are multiple PCT compounds and each of them are known in theoretical and anecdotal sense, both of which are not reliable enough to draw a conclusion about the effectiveness in dealing with the withdrawal of steroids. It wouldn't be scientific to say that a gym goer vouches for tamoxifen

Did a long cycle for 4 months then I quit cold turkey. I’m at 5 weeks off right now. Got levels checked last week and I was at 448, which is lower side of normal range for my age (30). Feeling extra sleepy and I get worn out pretty quick now starting at the 3 week mark. And I’ve lost around 12 pounds. I’m honestly surprised my levels didn’t tank to below 100 but my recovery has been good so far. I imagine in another month I’ll be back to my pre-cycle levels. Going to let my body fully recover then do another cycle in about 5-6 months.

The first part is not exactly true and entirely dependent on the elimination time of what specific androgenic anabolic steroids you are using. Some last for WEEKS, and lots of people use them once a week or every couple days. So no, I’d say most people won’t get fatigued in the first month when quitting steroids

There is a limit on recovery, a myostatin limit(which is literally a hormone that limits the amount of muscle your body will let you grow) and a bunch of other limits. As someone who's been killing myself in the gym for years and still don't even look like I have "newbie gains" that you see online, in my opinion most people can't get any kind of decent physique from natural means.

We are in a mass-delusion about what men can achieve naturally because the only people who really pursue it long term are the upper 20-30% of men who actually see meaningful results from their efforts. People like me that have less than stellar genetics just simply give up. The only reason I haven't given up is because I'm mentally ill (and I've promised myself that if I can stay consistent to year 7 I will start gear so I can finally look like an average lifter) other men just realize it's not worth it to sacrifice your entire life to get pitious results, so they stop going to the gym. The rest of us just have to suffer.

That and possibly if you were to be drafted into a war zone. I believe those roid rages would be highly beneficial in a war zone. I love your videos and all the information you give, but I have to say that many things in this video are not true, especially the time lapse of withdrawal symptoms, which can occur in the middle of a steroid cycle or later on, because 1 day, week or even a month is not enough time until your body can get rid of the steroids in the bloodstream. 30% could be right, a ton of people using sarms or oral steroids because they are afraid of pinning gear. after a while when they have a bit more knowledge a lot switch to test, count in all the trt/hrt people and you are close to 50% i think depending on the location, trt is hard to get in some and nearly standard in other places when you are close to or over 40.

Hcg is a synthetic form of lh and fsh hormones that will stimulate your testicles to produce testosterone, but you will have to stop hsg at some point (so the body has the reason to produce it's own lh and fsh).

Serms and AIs are enti estrogen drugs. Serms will prevent estrogen from acting on your testicles and pituitary gland which prevents natural testosterone production. In addition they will block other estrogenic effects on your body. AIs stop aromataze production. Aromataze is an enzyme that converts testosterone into estrogen. You need this, because estrogen does not convert back to testosterone after aromatization.

That's pretty much a PCT, but a pct program will not make you fully recover after prolonged steroid use for years. As the damage will be permanent at that point. That's why many professional bodybuilders retire with trt (steroids on a small dose) instead of trying to resurrrect their natural testosterone production.

It may be fine to take hcg during the first few weeks of a pct, but no more than that, because you want your body to produce it's own hcg at some point. Exogenous hcg may signal the body to limit it's own production.

This is the same logic as Exogenous test lowering your natural test production.

Depends on the dosages and timeframe of the cycle. Longer and heavier cycles means longer recovery. That's why retired Pro bodybuilders have dysfunctional testosterone production, and just opt for trt. As someone who has worked in the industry for awhile, those first numbers don’t add up. 3 million total being 30% of gym goers?

1 in 4 is extremely high if the overall number is only 3 million.

To give some insight, the club I work at now as 7000 or so members. That would put 2100 on steroids.

What I’m getting at is if the number was truly 30%, that’s a massive number of people. If it’s 1 in 4, it would be far more than 3 million. That would mean there are only 10 million gym goers in America.

Regardless of PCT your body eventually goes back to baseline and retains very little from steroid use. PCT helps you get level back to normal faster making you feel better and hold more muscle short term but you always lose almost all of it. Always hear people see they kept their gains after just a couple of months of being off but it can take over a year to fully lose all of it.

I got on T because i have hypogonadism, was at 65 total and 35 years old when i started injecting testosterone. wife wanted to get pregnant so i stopped and i got my sperm back 3 months after i stopped. the tiny balls side effect is a good thing IMO. doesn't decrease my load size tho, makes loads bigger than it was before taking injectable T.

Point one you made is wrong from the get go. Most steroids are administered on a weekly basis due to long half lives so 24 hours after quitting you would still have elevated levels. The research for some of this topics is very hit and miss in terms of accuracy

I did around 14 weeks of enanthate then tapered off, week 1 150mg, week 2 100mg, week 3 50mg, then stopped. Its been 2 months and I still get boners. Only difference i see is less motivation but that could be normal as my trt has dropped to natural levels

Umm… 48 hours? Red bloods cells live for 120 days. So the red blood cells made while on steroids would still be there after 48 hours… ALSO, steroids stay in your body for up to at least 10-14 days after you stop (different for everyone depending on metabolism and what kind of steroid they used.)

if you use long esters it will not have imidiet effects some esters stay up to a weeks in your system so even if you stop its still in your system after that runs out THEN you will feel the effects

Yeah okay all this is not guaranteed, but possible side effects of supraphysiological amounts(some are unfortunate on tolerating the substance at lower doses of Test and various compounds) out of the normal level of testosterone on ranges typical 300-700, specimens on abt 1000ng p/dl. So if you are over that range you’re the very fancy word… also keep in mind people respond to amount of testosterone in the blood different because the amount of perceiving receptors make the body compatable for higher levels of test.
People vary and it is different but this is also dependant on what you take, how much and how your genetic pool responds to certain things. Be careful and read with skepticism till you reach a decision for your own life because this is not a road you want to take if the ground is on shaky terms with information.
