I grew up on him from Spencer Davis group on . Just a young Brit singer he was , then . I've just recently heard him sing "" Silvia " along with " Fly " and a few others . I was blown away ! He has such a Beautiful , Haunting and Blues voice that is still relevant today . I've just learned to reappreciate him . No other singing voice like His ! Nor musicianship !

Fucking overwhelmingly brilliant it makes me shudder........ This tune has me in tears from how insanely beautiful it is..... Winwood continues to blow me away... I started out on his 80's & 90's stuff as a teenage kid and still love that too. Hearing this song for the first time at 44 tonight and it blows my ass away...................
