This song will forever be my favourite song. I don’t say that lightly but I can’t think of a song that will top the feeling and pure joy I get while listening to this. I have easily listened to this song over a thousand times and still become infatuated by this song, not only by its very homely structure, or it’s use of an amazing maj7 chord prog in the chorus, or the bittersweet lyrics, or the perfect solo to finish it off or any of the million other reasons conceptually why this song is beautiful; but their ability to relate the happiness and mateship experienced within Australia with the music video and song combined is insane. My life won’t be complete if I don’t see this song live, missed out on it in Christchurch this year and am resenting not seeing it at home in Sydney. This is the best song I have ever heard and I don’t believe anything will top it. Good work boys.

Hey Wil Kelly, I also very much enjoyed listening to this song. It reminds me of afternoons turning to evening at the local pub. A new scene perhaps, definitely new faces, nevertheless possibilities manifold in every interaction, perhaps, that explains why Australian range so widely on the spectrum of being considerate
