Gripping hard with your teeth
Pull your legs out from under, baby
And turn off that machine, yeah, just turn off that machine
Yeah, there's a scene of you yelling
But the visual is black, black
You find that push-to-talk switch, now, baby
CHORUS
Radio back if your finding my tracks now
Radio back if you hear me at all
Radio back if you're finding my tracks
Just radio back, radio back
And the heat form the batteries
Makes that plastic sweat, sweat
And the stickers slide off, now, child
And controls get wet, and controls get wet
An emergency sticker
Lying face up in the snow
You find that push-to-talk switch, now, baby, yeah
As you yell into your
CHORUS
Radio back
Radio back
Radio back if you're finding my tracks, see how it
Just radio back
Is that an animal or's that a human being?
Human being, human being
Is that an animal or's that a human being?
That's an animal, that's an animal
That's an animal, that's an animal
That's an animal
CHORUS
Radio back
Radio back
Radio back if you're finding my tracks
Just radio back, radio back, aw, aw, aw
The song "Radio Back" by Strength seems to be about communication difficulties in an emergency situation. The first verse talks about trying to get a message out through a failing or faulty radio. The imagery of pulling up the antenna and gripping hard with your teeth suggests a sense of desperation and urgency. The line "pull your legs out from under" could be interpreted as getting up and moving around to find a better signal, rather than sitting still and hoping for the best. The line "turn off that machine" could be seen as a frustrated plea to the person on the other end of the radio to stop transmitting so they can be heard more clearly.
The second verse talks more about the physical challenges of using a radio in extreme weather conditions. The line "the heat from the batteries makes that plastic sweat" creates an image of the radio almost melting in the user's hands. The line "controls get wet" suggests that rain or snow could be affecting the functionality of the device. The emergency sticker lying face-up in the snow could suggest that the user is in a dangerous or life-threatening situation, which adds to the urgency of their attempts to make contact.
The chorus serves as a plea for the person on the other end of the radio to acknowledge that they are being heard. The repetition of "radio back" suggests that the person is desperately trying to establish contact and confirm that their message has been received. The final verse introduces a slightly surreal element, with the back-and-forth about whether an "animal" or "human being" is being heard on the other end of the radio. This could be seen as a metaphor for the confusion and fear that can arise in an emergency situation when communication breaks down.
Overall, "Radio Back" is a tense and urgent song about the importance of communication in difficult circumstances. It uses vivid imagery and repetition to create a sense of urgency and frustration.

Building strength has been the best thing I've ever done for my back and knee pain. Thanks!

My chronic back pain hasn't plagued me for 3 years, about the same time I began lifting. I squat heavy and religiously.

Yep back pain gone. Never come back since heavy weight. Contrary to what my doctor said.

I recently broke both my arms in a motorbike accident, crashing the Xmax I had for only two weeks, my left arm has 6 pins and a plate around the wrist. How long until I can lift again and what should I do to prevent injury when i do lift?

What if you have Sciatica? Isn't that different? I was laid out on my back for three-days, and I couldn't even move without getting dizzy and vomiting. Probably the most intense pain I have ever had in my life.

@Intermittent Energy very weird, im going to direct you to a few links which will help you release the muscle tightness which is pressuring the nerve causing it to react.

here they use a kettle bell but i prefer a spiky physio ball, i breathe in and contract the muscle resisting on the ball and hold for 5 sec then release and push onto the ball and that works like ART. you will feel the difference straight away but work up and down the entire psoas. you can do QL also, but make sure you do bridges to strengthen the posterior chain then do 1 legged then try squats. please dont stretch them!
all the best

Yes, an office job and years and years of horseback riding on a daily basis. I think much of it stemmed from horseback riding/showing.

@Intermittent Energy yes, you can move around a little but dont do anything too much before you get the treatment.
all these aliments are brought upon due to life style, maybe you have an office job? sitting on chairs at a desk is one of the worst things and biggest causes of sciatica
