Been binging this series for 2 days now. Brings me back to my days in medical field before the multilevel spine injury and now MS. Although it's not the same, it helps with missing the profession I will never get to do again. God bless all our Dr's, nurses, First Responders and all who end up in Trauma.

at driving school, I learned it's very dangerouse to just stop for people, for the exact reason, that a lot of people pretend to be injured or need help with their cars and mean harm to you. I learned to remind the location, drive a little further and call the cops for the person. I think that's what I would do. You need to help people, but you should not put yourself in danger.

Feisty young woman who would refuse to be confined to her room and would try to escape the 7th-floor apartment using her clothing, who would then have to be sedated by doctors so they could work on her. Uhhh.... I don't think I'd want to be the one bringing hospital food to her room.

Phil, I would say never get on a motorcycle again. It is highly dangerous and becoming more deadly dangerous by the day. Cell phones, distracted driver's, drunk or high, reckless speeding driver's. Unwise to be on a motorcycle.

Jojo's Mum - I kept thinking the same thing! I understand that someone else writes the narration, it's just sometimes the negativity started to bother me. I'm a VERY positive person and it bothered me that people make it thru so much against all odds and it's like "but he could still die from massive infection from being in surgery so long. . ." My mom always says "don't borrow trouble".

It's probably the recap after a commercial break. Sometimes viewers tune in part way through a t.v. show and don't know what's going on and this helps the person catch up with the storyline.

Basically, it's a perpendicular (at 90 degrees) impact of two vehicles (rather than bumper-to-bumper, or getting side-swiped). A "t-bone" impact is especially dangerous when one vehicle directly impacts the driver's side (or occupied passenger seat) of the other car.

There IS a "higher being". There are a lot of mysteries to Heavenly Father, but the one thing I know for a fact is HE loves us no matter what. No body knows why HE leaves some and takes others. You just have to believe in your gut that HE knows best, and loves you no matter race, religion, sexual orientation.
Okay roast me if you must, these are just my beliefs.

The doctors and nurses completed years of education to be equipped to save lives. They deserve all of the credit. Pray all you want. It's a comfort for some. It's a delusion for the rest...
Life IS precious but we are not puppets with magical strings dangling from the sky. Thank you science and education for saving the lives of these people.

Our Heavenly Father doesn't "take" anyone! People die or get hurt because of unforseen circumstances. No fate, or pre-determined anything. The Bible, Gods word, tells us this. No mystery in any of it.

You can't leave God out of His own creation and the running of it. These medical professionals were, like all of us, created by Him. They were gifted with the talent and intelligence for this mission. God provided the passion and zeal that kept them going when they were tired or frustrated, and continues to nuture and encourage them.
God's hands are at the ends of our arms so, we are all tasked with something that He wants us to do.

Absolutely. I LOVE this show. Devoting an episode to higher power/s, is not necessary. We all know people pray and call out to "god" when they're scared. I don't need to have it written into the medical script.
